On April 11, learn how we’re taking community referral to the next level

Join Senior PharmAssist Executive Director Gina Upchurch and Dr. Daniel Parker on April 11 for Improving Health for Older Adults in Durham with Community Referrals: Technology Meets Reality. This presentation is from noon to 1 p.m. at the Duke School of Nursing, Room 1014, 307 Trent Dr., Durham.

Gina and Dr. Parker, a postdoctoral researcher in the Duke Center for the Study of Aging and Human Development, will discuss their project: Connecting Agencies, Practices and Seniors through a Trusted Online Network (CAPSTONe). This initiative is designed to help local seniors better access the county’s public, private and nonprofit community-based organizations.
